Drift Playbook Audit and Optimization
- Audit of current Drift playbook(s). Audit includes reviewing the overall workflow, logic and scripts
- Assessment, Recommendations and Roadmap
- Playbook development based on recommendations
Technology Audit and Recommendations
- Assess current tech stack, based on GTM strategy
- Recommended tech to achieve desired state of GTM efficacy
- Assist with technology evaluations to ensure the right strategy-tech fit
- Identify use cases train team to fully leverage tech stack, prove ROI
GTM and ABM Strategy
- Solidify and gain alignment of goals and objectives of Marketing/Sales GTM
- Create gap analysis of current state vs desired state, with related services (Demand Funnel and Lead Scoring building, Campaign Planning process, etc)
- Create change management roadmap and timeline, conduct workshops
